A Piece of History

One of our recent and most interesting orders came from Yolanda, an archaeolgist from JaƩn, Andalusia. She (and her team) had found a bronze ring from 400 BC, which represents an eagle spreading its wings to protect or cover an egg. Yolanda wanted the ring reproduced in Sterling Silver and we were delighted to do it! This is the result (the picture on the left shows the original ring in bronze).

Elena from Shanghai!

This is Elena, from Shanghai. She stopped by our store today and bought one of my handmade necklaces. Then she showed us her sketchbook, which was filled with beautiful drawings she had made on her travels throughout Europe. I wish I could show you more pages, but naturally Marcos and I were mostly interested in what she had seen and drawn here in Cordoba.
